About

Hi, I’m Sam Visnic of Release Muscle Therapy.

The goal of my center is to get you to a state of pain-free movement and optimal health. If you have aches and pains, that’s your body’s way of telling you something is out of balance. I will help you find out where that imbalance lies, which is individualized for each person.

Whatever your issue — whether its chronic pain in a specific area, postural imbalances, sporting performance recovery issues, or something else — you’ve probably seen your share of traditional and/or alternative practitioners looking for solutions. And, no doubt you’ve spent hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in the process. Each professional has likely offered a different modality and/or approach. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, something works. But most of the time, it’s just temporary.

Through it all, nothing and no one has gotten you where you ultimately want to be.

Why haven’t these programs worked?

Let me start by saying that I have a great appreciation and respect for many different approaches because I’ve seen a lot of them be successful for people.

But the majority of these approaches fall into the “one size fits all” category.

A common example is when you see most medical doctors and alternative practitioners for back pain. Each has his or her individual method of therapy, and if it’s based strictly on symptom relief, you’re not addressing the root cause.

You’re not like everyone else.

When it comes to our bodies, each of us is unique. What works for one person, isn’t necessarily going to be successful for someone else. In fact, that’s very often the case with chronic issues.

So how do you know what’s going to work most effectively for your particular situation? Or who the right practitioner is for you? This can be a real challenge considering the overwhelming abundance of health-related information floating around out there. Would you believe there are more than 10,000 books on dieting alone!

Before throwing up your hands, let me help.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve been a specialist in neuromuscular massage and corrective exercise, a fitness trainer, and a State of California certified massage therapist (Certificate # 26153).

During that time, I’ve looked at literally hundreds of methodologies, taken the best of the best, and integrated them into one basic system that can be adjusted to meet the uniquely individualized needs of each of my clients.

I’d love to hear from you and how I can help you out.  You can find a contact form under the “CONTACT” tab at the bottom of this page to reach me.

Sincerely,

Sam Visnic
